1.  YES Blends @ 25th Annual Isle of Capri Neighborhood Yard Sale

February 10, 2024, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Every February, the Isle of Capri Civic Association (ICCA) sponsors the Neighborhood Yard Sale. This beloved event draws approximately 400+ visitors to our picturesque island, all in search of hidden treasures. It’s a great opportunity to explore unique finds, meet neighbors, and soak in the local community spirit. You don’t want to miss this exciting neighborhood tradition!

2. TIFD Annual Chili Cook-Off – February 16, 2024

February 16, 2024, 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Get ready to savor the flavors of Treasure Island at the TIFD Annual Chili Cook-Off! Taking place on February 16th from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Treasure Island Community Center (located at 154 106th Avenue, behind Walgreens), this event promises a delicious time for all.

There will be music, prizes, a raffle, and more to keep you entertained throughout the evening. For those who enjoy a sip with their chili, beer and wine will be available for donation. Best of all, this event benefits the Treasure Island Fire Association and its chosen charities.

The competition is fierce, with prizes awarded for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd best chili recipes in two different classes: “The Open Class” and “The Pro Class.” There’s also a special award for the best-decorated chili station. For just $10, you can sample and vote on all the entries. Remember to pre-purchase your tickets at the Treasure Island Fire Department during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Admission is limited to 150 people, and children under 12 get in for free.

3. Annual Rotary Tennis and Golf Challenge – February 23 & 24

February 23 & 24, 2024

The Gulf Beaches Rotary Club and the City of Treasure Island are teaming up once again to host the 25th Annual Rotary Tennis and Golf Challenge on February 23rd and 24th, 2024. The event will take place at the Treasure Bay Golf and Tennis Center (10315 Paradise Boulevard).

For tennis enthusiasts, there will be a men’s and women’s doubles Round Robin starting at 9:00 AM. Golfers, get ready for a men’s and women’s twosome scramble starting at 9:30 AM on Saturday, February 24th.

The proceeds from this event will go towards supporting various community programs, including the Treasure Island Recreation Department children’s programs, Treasure Bay tennis programs for juniors, and the Gulf Beaches Rotary Foundation.

Participation in the tennis tournament costs $25 per player and includes play, a goodie bag, prizes, and a raffle. Additionally, there will be a silent auction featuring items like tennis racquets, hotel and restaurant packages, and more. You don’t need to be a player to bid on the silent auction items, so everyone can join in the fun. Food and beverage concessions will be available throughout the event.

Don’t forget to attend the reception and silent auction preview at the Treasure Island Community Center on Friday, February 23rd, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. For those interested in the catered dinner by Simply Maggie for $25 per person, reservations must be made in advance by calling Treasure Bay or the Treasure Island Recreation Department.

4. Isle of Palms Community Yard Sale

March 2, 2024, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

The annual IPOCA community yard sale will be held on March 2nd, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM. Registration is not required for IOPCA members in good standing to participate. The Salvation Army will be providing 1 truck to come into the IOP neighborhood at 2:00 PM to collect any small items, only, that are not sold (e.g., clothes, dishes, knickknacks, household items, electronics). No furniture or large/oversized items will be collected. Donation of large items/furniture must be scheduled separately by the owner by calling the Salvation Army at (727) 541-7781, ext. 1. Please come out and enjoy this event!

5. Spring It On – Music in the Park

March 16, 2024, 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Get ready to Spring It On at Treasure Island’s Music in the Park! Join us on March 9 at Treasure Island Community Park from 6-10 PM for a fantastic night of live music under the stars. St.Pete Sons will kick off the evening at 6:00 PM followed by The Black Honkeys Band at 8:00 PM. Best of all, this event is FREE! There will be food and drink vendors, and raffles available for purchase. Don’t miss out on this fun and family-friendly event. See you there!

6. Paradise Island Community Yard Sale

March 2, 2024, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

7. Sunset Beach Community Yard Sale

March 25, 2024, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Sunset Beach will be holding our Annual Island Wide Garage Sale on March 25th from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Multiple homes will be participating. Get a head start on your Spring cleaning! Please let us know if you will be participating.

8. Gulf Beaches Rotary Easter Egg Hunt

March 30, 2024, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

The Gulf Beaches Rotary Club will host an Easter Egg Hunt at Treasure Island Community Park on April 8. Visitors will be treated to a visit from the Easter Bunny (the Easter Bunny will be arriving at 9:45 AM), an egg hunt, an Easter hat and bonnet contest.

9. Sunset Beach – 10th Annual Sunset on the Beach

March 31, 2024, Sunset – 10:00 PM

Please join the Sunset Beach community for one of our favorite annual events. Located Northwest of the Pavilion at the Jetty. There will be beer, wine, hotdogs and Sunset Beach gear available for purchase. Please bring a chair or blanket to enjoy this evening event. Parking and bathrooms will be available at the Pavilion. If it happens to rain on March 31, the rain date is set for April 1st from Sunset to 10:00 PM.
