Barktober Fest
Calling all dog lovers! Barktober Fest is the perfect event for you and your furry friend to celebrate the fall season. Head over to the John Morroni Memorial Dog Park at Rosselli Park on Sunday, October 27th, from 11 am to 2 pm for an afternoon full of fun and pawsome activities.
This free event will feature pet adoptions, music, giveaways, food, beverages, and a variety of vendors offering everything your four-legged companion could need. The highlight of the event? A dog costume contest at 12 p.m., where creativity and cuteness combine for a chance to win prizes! Don’t forget to bring your camera to capture the adorable costumes.

Halloween Trick-or-Treat Trail
Spooky season is upon us, and what better way to celebrate than at Treasure Island’s Halloween Trick-or-Treat Trail! On October 25th, 2024, from 6 to 8 pm, the Treasure Bay Golf, Tennis & Recreation Center will transform into a Halloween wonderland for kids and families to enjoy.
This event is designed to give your little ghosts and goblins a safe and fun place to trick-or-treat while participating in a variety of fall-themed activities. From a costume contest to interactive entertainers, inflatables, and a variety of food and drinks, there’s no shortage of excitement. Prizes for the best costumes will be awarded at 7 p.m., so make sure your little ones are dressed to impress!

Sanding Ovations
For a truly unique fall experience, don’t miss Sanding Ovations, one of Treasure Island’s most beloved annual events. From November 21st to 24th, 2024, master sand sculptors from around the world will gather to create breathtaking sand sculptures that will leave you in awe.
This year’s theme, “It’s About Time”, will showcase the incredible talent of sculptors such as Dan Doubleday, Sue McGrew, and more as they transform the beach into an “outSANDing” display of creativity. Plus, the event extends into a second weekend on November 30th and December 1st, 2024, offering even more opportunities to witness these masterpieces in person.
In addition to the sand art, you’ll find a beachside food court, a beer garden, an arts and crafts marketplace, and kites and night flys by Windworks of Madeira Beach. The festivities also include fireworks on Saturday night and live music from local, regional, and national bands throughout the event.
